How it works
Your clothing and gear is repaired using warranty level techniques and industry standard materials and components like YKK zippers, Goretex fabric, Melco seam tape and Gutermann thread.

Inquiry by text/phone call or email. In person is by appointment. Drop off locations in Kimberley/Cranbrook. Please fill out and include a Repair Request Form with your gear.
Confirmation
You will be contacted to confirm receipt of gear, to clarify any questions and offered a time/cost estimate.​

Repair
Repairs are usually completed within 1-2 weeks. But may be as quick as 1-2 days.

Pickup or Ship
When your gear is ready, you will be notified, along with the final cost. Payment accepted at, or before pick up, by cash or E-transfer.​
